Executive Assistant RoleProvide high‑level administrative support to the Co‑Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone.
Responsibilities- Manage highly complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, confirming appointments, and coordinating with other assistants for seamless business coordination.
- Serve as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to frequent changes and shifting priorities.
- Arrange and manage intensive domestic and international travel, maintain detailed travel spreadsheets, and prepare comprehensive trip packets.
- Provide detailed itineraries and ensure all travel logistics are planned, communicated, and executed flawlessly.
- Prepare, review, and submit complex expense reports with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Support a wide range of ad hoc and special projects as needed.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Willingness to learn and stay current with emerging technologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems.
Expected annual base salary range: $120,000 – $165,000. Salary within that range is determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside the US, the salary bands listed are not applicable.
