Position Summary: This position provides administrative support to manage inquiries, applicants going through the application process, and student enrollment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage the application process from start to finish, including responding to prospective student inquiries, overseeing applications, coordinating with GEM, scheduling interviews, and guiding applicants through enrollment.
• New student enrollment and onboarding each semester.
• Manages student registration.
• Responds to most student inquiries about all our MS programs.

Experience & Education Background: Previous administrative support in a similar role.

Competencies:

Proficient in MS Office, Recruit, and Banner.

Salary Range: $33.00 -$33.00 per hour
