My client is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and flexible Personal Assistant to support 2 UHNW individuals. This is a hands-on, tactical role focused on managing day-to-day administrative and personal needs so leadership can operate seamlessly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where no task is too small.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics across the leadership team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and urgency
- Support personal needs including gifting, holiday cards, reservations, and personal appointments
- Assist with healthcare-related scheduling, claims, and administrative follow-up
- Support events, special projects, and ad hoc requests
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant to an UHNW individual/family
- Exceptionally organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable managing both professional and personal requests
- Flexible, proactive, and service-driven mindset
