Job Summary Enrollment & Studio Support CoordinatorWe’re seeking a dependable, kind, and detail-oriented person to join our small but dedicated team. In this role, you'll become a key part of our day-to-day operations-managing communications, supporting enrollment, and helping create a warm and organized space for our students and families.
Ideal for someone looking to be part of a supportive, mission-driven environment for more than just a season.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Organize meetings
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Contribute to company reports
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- High school diploma/GED required
- Self motivated
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Docs, Canva, Dropbox
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
