Boutique Financial Services has a Hybrid role providing comprehensive administrative support to the Wealth Management Team

Heavy client interaction with HNWIs - Offer current and future assistance

Coordinate events

Collaborate with other executive assistants on a global scale to schedule priority meetings and accommodate multiple time zones.

Assist in the preparation of internal communications.

Coordinate onsite meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting materials, building access for visitors, and catering.

Prepare intricate and timely expense reports; follow up on reimbursements as needed.

Manage executives’ calendars, create agendas, and prioritize key meetings.

Coordinate itineraries for extensive domestic and international travel.
Maintain and update organizational charts for departmental use.
