We are seeking an Office Manager to own the day-to-day operation of our Midtown Manhattan office. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in being the backbone of a well‑run workplace — keeping the space stocked, welcoming guests, and working with building personnel. This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized and resourceful. This is an in‑office role, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities Office Operations- Ensure the office runs smoothly day to day — kitchen and supplies stocked, common areas in order, and orders placed and tracked as needed
- Greet and direct visitors, candidates, and guests
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate with building management and vendors on routine maintenance and service requests
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related questions and requests from the team
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, on‑sites, and office events
- Support new hire setup — desk, supplies, and first‑day logistics
- Manage expense reporting, reimbursements, and receipt organization for office spend
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Lead and support ad‑hoc projects as needed in collaboration with the CEO
- Recent graduate with the drive and organization to grow into the role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with sound, independent judgment
- Ability to coordinate with finance on expenses, reimbursements, and receipt reconciliation
- Excellent written communication
- High degree of discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to operate proactively and autonomously — anticipating needs and driving tasks to completion without close oversight
- Familiarity with fintech
- Prior experience managing office operations, vendor coordination, or supply ordering
- Experience supporting team events or on‑site logistics
- Competitive base salary of approx $75,000 - $90,000 - commensurate with experience and geographic market.
