- Provide general administrative and day-to-day office support.
- Run client-related errands, including local pickups, deliveries, shopping, shipping miscellaneous returns.
- Coordinate appointments and service visits with vendors and building managers.
- Organize files, documents, receipts, and household records.
- Assist with travel logistics, including reservations, transportation, and scheduling.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and project lists.
- Support special projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, discreetly, and in a timely, professional manner.
At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role (administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office support preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Polite and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Outlook; experience with Share File and One Drive is a plus.
Superior judgment, discretion, and the ability to protect confidential information.

This position isexemptand is paid according to the laws of the State ofNew York. The pay range for this position is $76,000 - $100,000
USD peryear.
Weare required toprovide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position.
Salary offers aredeterminedbased on final candidate qualifications and experience.
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
