This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career administrative professional who enjoys being at the center of a busy office and takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and polished environment.

Location: Midtown Manhattan, near Park Avenue and 57th Street

Schedule: Fully onsite, 5 days per week

Hours: 8:45 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 base salary, plus up to a 10% target discretionary bonus

The Role

While this position will serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, it is not a heavy call-desk role. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day appearance, functionality, and overall experience of the office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming employees, visitors, and guests and maintaining a warm, professional reception experience
  • Managing visitor check-in, incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and general front-office needs
  • Ensuring conference rooms are clean, organized, fully stocked, and presentation-ready
  • Overseeing kitchen areas, including stocking supplies, and maintaining an organized and polished environment
  • Monitoring and ordering office, kitchen, conference room, and general supplies
  • Managing and maintaining copy rooms and other shared office spaces
  • Coordinating catering and restaurant orders for meetings and office needs
  • Assisting with meeting setup and general office logistics
  • Providing occasional administrative and office support as needed
The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for someone who is polished, personable, and excited to contribute to a highly collaborative team. This person should be eager to learn, naturally curious, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

  • 0-3 years of experience in reception, administrative support, hospitality, office services, or a related environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A polished and professional demeanor with excellent customer service instincts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional office environment
  • A strong sense of ownership and pride in maintaining a polished workplace
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, and willingness to support others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, sophisticated firm with a welcoming and hardworking administrative team. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes initiative, and is excited to build a career in a professional and high-performing environment.
