We're looking for a reliable, energetic Facilities Services Associate to join our team! If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in keeping spaces clean and functional, and thrive in a service‑oriented environment, this role is for you.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will support daily office operations, provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
What You’ll Do Facilities & Office Support- Maintain cleanliness and organization in offices, kitchens, pantries, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Set up conference rooms and support company events
- Restock kitchen supplies, pantry items, and copy/printer areas
- Assist with office moves, basic furniture handling, and equipment inventory
- Perform simple repairs; report more complex issues to the Facilities Manager
- Receive, scan, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare and process outgoing mail
- Deliver packages throughout the office and maintain accurate tracking records
- Operate postage and mail-handling equipment
- Provide coverage in the fitness center as needed
- Restock towels, clothing, and toiletries
- Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, showers, and restrooms
- Answer phones and support clients at the front desk when needed
- Assist with copy/print tasks and conference room setup
- Serve as backup to reception staff
- 1+ year experience in facilities, office services, mailroom, retail, hospitality, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Tech comfort: handheld scanners, email, Word/Adobe, messaging tools (Teams/Slack/Google)
- Professional, positive, and reliable attitude
- Willingness to learn new equipment and maintenance skills (burnishers, auto scrubbers, etc.)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly and push/pull carts up to 60 lbs
- Capability to bend, kneel, walk, and perform hands‑on tasks
- Manual dexterity for office equipment (phones, copiers, binding tools, etc.)
- Training provided for all responsibilities
- Duties may change based on business needs
The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job‑related factors.

Minimum of 80 hours/calendar year. Part time/temporary:
