Our client is a high-growth private equity firm looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant for their newly established East Midtown office. This is a highly visible role that will play an integral part in continuing to establish systems/build out processes, while building a positive, cohesive environment for the growing location. In addition to keeping the office running, this person will provide EA support to a team of investment professionals.

Please note this position works onsite, Monday-Friday. This position is exempt, with opportunity for bonus, and 100% employer-covered benefits.
Responsibilities- Calendar management for the office’s conference rooms as well as for executive leadership
- Partner with Director of Operations to oversee the office’s renovation
- Provide white glove support to VIP visitors, including LP's, investors, Portfolio Companies, C-level candidates, and internal leadership.
- Provide onsite executive support Co-Founders when visiting the New York office
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including creating detailed itineraries and meeting agendas
- Organize and create expense reports in Concur
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office for team members and guests
- Monitor and replenish office inventory and coordinate office lunches and happy hours
- Manage vendor relationships with building management, security, cleaning services, and other providers
- IT support for minor and immediate issues, such as troubleshooting Zoom or AV issues for onsite conference rooms
- 5 years’ administrative support experience, including travel and calendar for executives, and general office management responsibilities
- Background working in private equity ideal; financial or professional services highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required.
- Impeccable communication skills, with a strong executive presence, with a drive to consistently provide seamless, white glove service to internal and external partners
- Availability to work in-person, Monday-Friday in Midtown, with flexibility to arrive early or stay late to support any in-office meetings/activities, as needed.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and priorities while upholding high quality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and Zoom required, experience with Concur preferred
- A team-centric work ethic that can adapt to evolving work styles and processes in a dynamic environment
