Key RelationshipsWorks closely with the OEO Administrative and Intake Investigations Teams.
Responsibilities- Enter complaint information received during the intake process into the OEO Database.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct errors, discrepancies, and incomplete information in records and data systems.
- Scan, organize, upload, and electronically file complaint-related documents and other records.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized electronic files and records.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of complaint-related documentation and information.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ensure assigned data entry and administrative tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in data entry, clerical, administrative support, or related work preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of data management practices and recordkeeping procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with database systems and electronic record management.
: $35 per hour
(Internal candidates who are selected for this position and who currently hold comparable or less senior positions within the DOE will not earn less than their current salary.)
