Client Overview:
Our client is an established real estate management organization seeking a detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Leasing Administrative Associate to support lease renewal operations and resident services within a fast-paced residential property environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate:$55k - $60k Annually upon permanent hire
Position Overview:The Leasing Administrative Associate will be responsible for managing lease renewal processes, preparing lease-related documentation, and providing exceptional support to residents. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional interested in property management and residential operations. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with immediate hiring needs.
Responsibilities of the Leasing Administrative Associate:- Prepare and process lease renewal offers for both market-rate and rent-stabilized apartments.
- Create and update lease amendments, renewals, and other contract modifications.
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate resident and lease records through data entry and file management.
- Assist with general administrative functions including filing, copying, scanning, and document organization.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and deadlines.
- Support departmental and organizational goals through administrative and operational assistance.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, or data entry role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle resident inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Previous experience within property management, real estate, housing, or leasing environments.
- Familiarity with Yardi software. Experience processing leases, contracts, or other legal and administrative documents.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Temp-to-perm career opportunity.
