The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating office workflows, maintaining effective systems and processes, managing office resources and inventory, supervising office staff, and facilitating the implementation of organizational policies and procedures. This role also works closely with staff across the organization to provide administrative and operational support for projects, events, and initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience in office management, administration, operations, or a related area, along with strong problem-solving and professional communication skills. They are proactive, highly organized, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
