ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our CEO. This is a full-scope support role for someone who operates as a true right hand — anticipating needs, managing a wide range of professional and personal priorities, and keeping the CEO's day running seamlessly. You'll thrive here if you're highly organized, discreet, and comfortable with the shifting priorities of a fast-moving startup.

This is an in-office role, 5 days a week, based at our Midtown Manhattan office.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & CEO Support

  • Serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities to keep the day running seamlessly
  • Manage the CEO's inbox and communications, screening, drafting, and responding on their behalf where appropriate
  • Provide comprehensive support across the CEO's professional and personal commitments & logistics
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff on day-to-day coordination and cross-functional follow-through

Administrative & Project Support

  • Manage expense reporting, reimbursements, and receipt organization
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Lead and support ad hoc projects for the CEO as needed

Keeping the Office Running

  • Ensure the office is well-run day to day — kitchen and supplies stocked, common areas in order, and orders placed and tracked as needed
  • Greet and direct visitors, candidates, and guests
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors on routine maintenance and service requests
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required

  • Recent graduate with the drive and organization to grow into the role
  • Ability to coordinate with finance on expenses, reimbursements, and receipt reconciliation
  • Ability to manage a complex executive calendar and competing priorities with sound, independent judgment
  • Excellent written communication; skilled at drafting and managing correspondence on an executive's behalf
  • High degree of discretion and sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams) and comfort adopting new tools quickly
  • Ability to operate proactively and autonomously — anticipating needs and driving tasks to completion without close oversight

Preferred

  • Familiarity with fintech
  • Experience coordinating both professional and personal logistics for an executive
  • Prior experience managing office operations, vendor coordination, or supply ordering
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of approx $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus and equity opportunities
