About the Role

As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll serve as the welcoming face of the clinic, creating seamless and positive interactions from the first point of contact. This hybrid position combines front-desk excellence with light clinical support, offering a dynamic blend of in-person patient engagement and behind-the-scenes tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and daily office flow
  • Room patients, obtain vitals, and assist with minor procedures (comprehensive training and uniforms provided)
  • Support administrative tasks that may allow for occasional remote flexibility
What We’re Looking For
  • Outgoing, personable, and energetic individuals who excel at building meaningful connections
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to create comfort and trust
  • Detail-oriented team players with a positive, reliable presence
  • Prior medical office experience is helpful but not required — we fully train motivated candidates
Compensation & Benefits
  • $30–$42 per hour (based on experience and fit) — premium pay reflecting the importance of this role
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and sick leave
  • Performance-based bonuses and professional development opportunities
  • Hybrid flexibility with some remote days for administrative and scheduling tasks (typically 1–2 days per week after initial training)
  • Team events, uniform/scrub stipend, and a supportive culture focused on work-life balance

This position offers an outstanding opportunity to grow within healthcare while contributing to a thriving, patient-centered practice.

If you’re passionate about exceptional service and ready to join a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
