Our client, a reputable financial firm in New York City, is seeking a highly organized and discreet House/Estate Manager to support the founder in both personal and household affairs. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing complex logistics with sound judgment, and serving as a trusted point of contact for the founder's professional and personal priorities.

The House/Estate Manager will oversee the founder's calendar, scheduling, and correspondence while coordinating travel, appointments, and personal logistics with precision. Responsibilities involve tracking projects and outstanding commitments, anticipating needs before they arise, and driving follow-up through to completion. The Manager will liaise with advisors, vendors, household staff, and family members, oversee property matters such as repairs and deliveries, and review invoices for accuracy.

The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the founders calendar, scheduling, priorities, confirmations, and conflicts
  • Handle calls, correspondence, appointments, reservations, travel, and personal logistics
  • Track projects, commitments, decisions, and outstanding items; drive follow-up through completion
  • Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and use sound judgment about when to escape
  • Coordinate with advisors, vendors, household staff, family, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee household and property matters, including repairs, deliveries, installations, and appointments
  • Review invoices and expenses, coordinate payments, and flag discrepancies
  • Identify and implement technology and process improvements
Job Requirements
  • 8 + years experience as an EA/PA
