Part-Time Medical Receptionist (Immediate Opening)

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour (Starting pay based on experience)

Schedule:

Part-time (Approx. 20–25 hours/week)

• Monday:9:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM
• Tuesday:2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Closing shift)
• Wednesday:9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday:9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday & Sunday:Occasional shifts, to be determined as needed

We are seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our medical practice. This role handles both front-desk administration and basic clinical room preparation, ensuring a smooth flow for our patients and providers.
Position is available immediately.

• Patient Coordination:Greet patients, check them in, and room them for their appointments.
• Scheduling & Admin:Manage the appointment calendar, handle phone calls, and perform computer data entry.
• Records Management:Maintain neat and accurate patient files and electronic records.
• Office Maintenance:Clean, sanitize, and reset exam rooms between patient visits.

• Experience:Prior medical or professional office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
  who possesses a great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Skills:Basic computer proficiency, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Traits:Reliable, punctual, empathetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
