This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing a demanding and frequently changing schedule. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail while anticipating needs and managing competing priorities.

This position is based onsite in New York City five days per week. The role will initially begin as a temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately three to four weeks, with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and mutual fit.

As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted administrative partner responsible for keeping the executive organized, informed, and operating efficiently.

You will manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings and logistics, respond to shifting priorities, and ensure day-to-day administrative responsibilities are executed seamlessly.
