Job Summary
The Mailroom Coordinator is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on administrative work, staying organized, and supporting internal teams with accurate, timely service. This position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule, a collaborative office setting, and the opportunity to demonstrate strong performance for potential long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities- - Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, and office materials.
- - Operate high-volume copying, duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment.
- - Apply postage, prepare shipments, receive deliveries, and manage related supplies and materials.
- - Perform basic copier maintenance, equipment checks, and customer site support as needed.
- - Assist with document quality control, final checks, filing, records support, and general office services tasks.
- - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom and office services area.
- - Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour, W2.
- - Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- - Coordinate daily mailroom operations, including sorting, distribution, shipping, receiving, and postage.
- - Operate high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment.
- - Support document services, file services, quality control, and general office services needs.
- - Provide basic equipment support, copier maintenance, and organized supply handling.
- - 3-5 years of experience in mailroom, office services, records management, filing, administrative support, or a related clerical role.
- - Experience operating office equipment such as copiers, scanners, postage machines, and mail processing equipment.
- - Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle documents, packages, and records accurately.
- - Reliable attendance and availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
