Admissons Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Admissions Coordinator to join our team! This role plays a key part in census development and supports the admission process from start to finish. Working closely with the Center Director of Marketing and Admissions, the Admissions Coordinator ensures compliance by performing all duties in alignment with standard operating procedures. (IND

• Reconcile Center Census daily
• Maintain the electronic bed board/room assignments
• Collaborate daily with the Environmental team to ensure patient room readiness (acute discharges, bed holds, planned discharges, room moves, etc.)
• Communicate all acute readmissions to the Business Development team for follow-up and connect with patients/families to support the re-admission process
• Maintain and manage departmental data logs and reports, including tours, referrals, and trend reports

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Admissions or Marketing role within a healthcare environment
• Long-term care experience required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
• Familiarity with medical terminology
