Legal Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support multiple attorneys within a collaborative, fast-paced practice group. This hybrid role combines executive-level administrative support, legal document management, billing coordination, and client service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, edit, and format legal and business documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Handle time entry, expense reports, and other administrative support functions.
- Review billing materials, assist with invoice preparation, track accruals, and communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing matters.
- Maintain contact databases and support meeting and conference coordination.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience and 5+ years of legal administrative or legal secretarial experience.
- Must be proficient with heavy Billing (3E or Aderant)
- Knowledge of trademark or IP litigation practices is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Experience with legal billing, expense management, document management, and PDF software preferred.
- Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Flexible and collaborative approach to supporting team needs.
- $80,000 - $100,000 DOE
