Summary
Provides administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Retail Excellence and the executive team. The role is based in New York and supports calendar management, travel, expenses, meetings, and projects.
Responsibilities- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, invoices, supplies, visitors, and event logistics.
- Prepare and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and documents, and support operational improvements.
- Communicate with executives and colleagues, assist with onboarding, and organize team meetings and agendas.
- Support ad hoc projects and key processes, including annual performance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of work experience, preferably supporting luxury retail executives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with discretion and strong confidentiality.
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience; SAP experience is a plus.
- Event planning and project management experience preferred.
