We are hiring for a European Automotive Technician position at Elite Motorsports, a busy auto repair shop on Long Island with 10+ years in business. We are looking for experienced automotive technicians capable of addressing customer concerns, performing thorough inspections and maintenance, accurate diagnostics, quality repairs done right the first time, and service along with performance upgrades.

Responsibilities- Address customer concerns and perform thorough inspections and maintenance.
- Provide accurate diagnostics and deliver quality repairs right the first time.
- Perform service, maintenance, and alignments; handle performance upgrades as appropriate.
- Work in a fast-paced shop while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient shop operations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record.
- At least 3–4 years automotive technician experience (5+ years noted in some text).
- Own your own tools.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude; must be a team player.
- Willingness to work Monday–Friday to support a work/life balance.
