Senior Service Advisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base plus commission

We are seeking a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience and building lasting customer relationships.

• Greet customers in the service drive and assist with their vehicle service needs
• Generate vehicle appraisals and repair estimates
• Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text regarding vehicle status and recommendations
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards
• Communicate effectively with technicians and internal team members to ensure timely service

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of service writing experience preferred
