Location: Greenwich

We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians (A and B Level) to join a busy dealership service department in Greenwich, NY. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy full-scope diagnostics and repair work and are looking for long-term career growth, advanced training, and internal advancement opportunities. Technicians who meet certification requirements can qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Location: Greenwich, NY

Pay: $25.00-$40.00/hourly flat rate + production incentives & benefits/401K

Annual Earnings: $70,000+ (B Tech) and $100,000+ (A Tech)

Production incentives
  • 40-44.99 hours: +$1.00/hr
  • 45-49.99 hours: +$1.50/hr
  • 50+ hours: +$2.00/hr
  • 65+ hours: $100 bonus
Day shift: Monday to Friday (some Saturday's)

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs across all systems
  • Complete repair orders according to factory and dealership standards
  • Communicate with service advisors regarding additional or changed work scope
  • Road test vehicles and identify additional safety or service needs
  • Document all completed and recommended repairs accurately
  • Tag and save warranty or customer-requested parts
  • Stay current with manufacturer technical service bulletins
  • Participate in manufacturer training programs and certification courses
  • Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and protect customer vehicles
  • Operate tools and shop equipment safely and report safety issues promptly
Qualifications
  • Experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or professional shop
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems
  • ASE Certifications (preferred)
  • Ford Certification is ideal
  • State Vehicle Inspector certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Ability to follow safety regulations and industry compliance standards
