Full‑time positions in Shirley, NY area at state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers.

• Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Schedule mechanics and technicians' work.
• Manage outside orders.
• Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs.

• Maintain safety for team members.

• Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under‑car repair services.
• Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians.
• Stage vehicle repair and maintenance work.
• Drive sales initiatives and communicate directly with customers.
• Assess customer needs and provide information regarding requested and necessary repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet expectations.

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
