Full‑time positions available in Newark, NY area at one of our automotive service and retail tire sales centers.

Supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Responsible for enforcing policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics and technicians’ work, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring team members’ safety.

Assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Ensures timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance by directing workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians. Drives sales initiatives, communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides information about required repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet customer expectations.

Must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs or maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
