What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brakes
• Complete steering, suspension, battery, and alignment work
• Troubleshoot using modern diagnostic tools and technology
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work alongside technicians and service advisors to deliver great service
• Mentor teammates and continue developing your skills
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of automotive repair experience OR 3+ years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license
• State inspector's license (where applicable)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
• Desire to grow your career long-term
