Williams Auto Group is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our TEAM as a Reconditioning Technician. This automotive position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and presentation of our vehicle inventory while supporting the daily operations of our dealership.

Responsibilities- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
- Wash, wax, buff, and restore vehicle surfaces
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and interior materials
- Apply protective treatments to vinyl, leather, fabric, and tires
- Clean engine compartments and vehicle components safely and effectively
- Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, stains, or other cosmetic concerns
- Perform touch-up work and replace small missing or defective parts when needed
- Ensure showroom and automotive inventory remain clean and customer-ready
- Install and remove window stickers and vehicle displays as needed
- Fuel vehicles and maintain overall lot presentation
- Operate automotive tools and detailing equipment safely
- Follow dealership safety procedures and report concerns immediately
- Drive vehicles safely on and off dealership property
- Support the automotive team with additional duties as assigned
- Previous automotive detailing or reconditioning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented dealership environment
- Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, and physical activity
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Basic communication and math skills required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
