Lithia Motors - - Responsibilities:
Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests;
Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment including deductibles;
Write repair orders and maintain customer records; enter RO into service database system;
Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician to ensure service needs are understood;
Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs
