We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and restoration, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle damage, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles for structural damage and assess repair needs.
• Perform body repairs, including welding, fabricating, and replacing damaged parts.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
• Repair or replace auto glass as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and automotive equipment.
• Experience with auto restoration projects is a plus.
• Ability to fabricate parts as necessary for repairs.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Previous experience working in a dealership setting is preferred but not required.
