Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Land Rover Nyack - West Nyack, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $125,000 Based on Experience

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department. You'll greet customers, listen to their concerns, and guide them through the service process. Your goal is to ensure every customer leaves satisfied, informed, and confident in the care their vehicle receives.

• Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, building strong relationships.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs or maintenance, providing clear and honest recommendations.
• Prepare and explain detailed cost estimates and obtain approvals.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Maintain open communication between customers and service technicians.
• Provide status updates and explain completed services to customers.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Uphold all Land Rover and company standards and policies.

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven track record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little supervision.
