Master Automotive Technician​/Mechanic

Land Rover Huntington is looking for Master Automotive Technicians to join our Service team in Huntington, NY!

• Minimum 3 years working as a Master Automotive Technician
• Land Rover experience preferred
• Must have valid Driver's License
• CDK & Previous Automotive Dealership experience strongly preferred
• Must have good attendance and time management
• Must have a great work ethic & be willing to join a winning team!

• Visually inspect and document condition of vehicle based on customers’ requests or concerns
• Conduct initial diagnostic testing to identify specific issues impacting vehicles
• Perform more complex maintenance services on vehicles including (but not limited to) engine replacement, electrical work, transmission repair and more
• Document all services and repairs performed to provide to service advisors and/or customers
• Identify any additional recommendations for services and communicate with management
• Communicate with other service staff and/or customers if additional services are required and ensure information is documented and outlined
• Assist other service technicians or staff with questions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Answer high-level questions posed by customers and service staff
• Maintain a clean and safe service department
