We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Great Neck, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As a future leader, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. They enforce policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain safety for team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repair services, and directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians. They drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, and strive to meet customer expectations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the job duties.
