Our Automotive Technicians are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude.

The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests. No matter your level, let's get to know you!

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• Master Technicians – ASE A1-A8 Certifications Preferred
• Engine & Transmission Technicians “Heavy Work” – Experience will multiple makes & models
• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• Excellent automotive diagnostic skills for your level
• A strong investment in tools
• Ability to flag 40+ hours per week in one bay and meet workflow time management demands
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles including European
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
