Pep Boys - - Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone, engaging with customers to assess needs and communicate processes and timelines;
Schedule appointments and sell parts and service to optimize vehicle performance;
Manage work orders and register transactions, maintain vehicle inspections, and possess strong product knowledge;
Assist with cash/credit/check/refund policies and support opening/closing procedures where applicable;
Maintain an organized, clean shop and uphold safety procedures while performing express automotive services such as tire mounting/balancing/rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, and battery tests
