• Lead the development and execution of a multi-year paper making process excellence roadmap.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new paper making technologies and best practices.
• Support manufacturing sites in improving OEE, capacity, quality, and cost performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives across multiple sites.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product Development teams to deliver sustainable results.
• Provide technical expertise, coaching, and training to develop organizational capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, paper making & converting operations, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of paper making processes, equipment, and quality systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
