Whether you're an experienced flat-rate technician, currently working as a lube/maintenance technician and ready for the next step, or have automotive training and want to build a career as a technician, we want to talk to you.
Pay is based on experience, certifications and skill level, with strong earning potential for experienced and motivated technicians. $35,000–$80,000+ annual earning potential.

Experienced Technicians:
If you have dealership or independent repair experience, diagnostic skills, Ford or other manufacturer training, ASE certifications, or a NYS Inspection License, we want to hear from you.
Developing / Entry-Level Technicians:
Have automotive schooling, maintenance experience, or mechanical ability and want to become a full-line technician? We are also interested in motivated candidates who are ready to learn, train and grow.
- Diagnose, maintain and repair cars, trucks and SUVs
- Perform repairs according to repair orders and manufacturer specifications
- Work on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC and other vehicle systems based on your skill level
- Use modern diagnostic tools and Ford service equipment
- Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle needs and additional repairs
- Perform warranty repairs according to Ford specifications
- Continue developing your technical skills through training and hands-on experience
- Automotive repair or service experience preferred
- Automotive education or training is a plus
- NYS Inspection License is a plus
- ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to learn new vehicle technology and repair procedures
- Dependable, positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
