Paul Conte Cadillac, a family-owned and operated Cadillac dealership selling and servicing New and Pre‑Owned Cadillac passenger vehicles on Sunrise Hwy in Freeport, NY is hiring Automotive Service Advisors for our extremely busy service department. Our Service Advisors serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless experience from service scheduling to vehicle repair and billing.

• Interact with customers to assess vehicle service needs and provide accurate repair estimations
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage workflow
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Prepare and process billing and invoicing accurately
• Coordinate occasionally with the technical team to clarify service requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service advising

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems relevant to General Motors vehicle brands
• Familiarity with scheduling software
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Sales aptitude and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
