Firestone - 669 Loudon Road - Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair to specifications - brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems;
Explain technical diagnoses to non-technical customers;
Stay current with automotive technology through paid training;
Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities;
Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within two years
