Sr. Service Advisor

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Sr. Service Advisor for Lamborghini Minneapolis. In this client-facing role, you'll deliver premium, transparent service for high-performance vehicles, guiding customers from check-in through delivery. You'll write and manage repair orders, review inspections, and clearly explain recommended work, pricing, and timelines. Partnering closely with technicians, you'll prioritize repairs, ensure accuracy, and protect vehicle integrity. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Lamborghini service customers, from check-in through vehicle delivery
• Prepare accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services and pricing
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work and meet promised completion times
• Review multi-point inspections and upsell needed maintenance and repairs ethically
• Manage warranty and recall documentation according to OEM and Walser standards
• Maintain high CSI scores through proactive communication and follow-up
• Use dealership systems and CRM tools to schedule, track, and document all service visits
• Collaborate with parts, sales, and management to ensure seamless customer experience
