This is a high-earning opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who knows how to lead technicians, diagnose complex repairs and keep a busy luxury service department operating at the highest level.

Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and difficult repairs
Help prioritize and dispatch repair work efficiently
Monitor workflow, productivity, quality and repair accuracy
Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and technical troubleshooting
Support factory repair procedures and Audi technical standards
Work closely with Service Advisors and management
Help develop technician skills and maintain a high-performance shop culture
Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately and efficiently
Experienced Audi Shop Foreman or Automotive Shop Foreman
Audi or European luxury automotive experience strongly preferred
Strong diagnostic and technical skills
Proven ability to lead and develop automotive technicians
Excellent communication and organizational skills
ASE certifications are a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
