Primary PurposeThe Senior Benefits Analyst position is responsible for operational excellence across health & welfare and retirement plans, ensuring seamless program delivery. This position oversees the day‑to‑day administration of a comprehensive suite of employee benefits, including but not limited to:
- Medical, dental, and vision plans
- Life and disability insurance
- Health Care Spending Accounts
- Retirement Plans
- Voluntary and work‑life support benefits
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Manage the day‑to‑day administration of comprehensive health and welfare benefits programs in compliance with applicable laws
- Partner with third‑party administrators and vendors to deliver seamless, employee‑centered benefits
- Manage the day‑to‑day retirement plan administration in partnership with third‑party vendor
- Perform operational and compliance audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Engage with cross‑functional partners to address and resolve vendor file discrepancies and drive enhancement
- Prepare monthly benefits cost reporting for budgeting and forecasting purposes
- Oversee end‑to‑end invoice management and processing for benefits vendors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on data requests surrounding benefits programs and initiatives
- Prepare and deliver benefits utilization reports in partnership with vendor contacts
- Create and maintain benefits process documentation
- Support end‑to‑end annual enrollment planning and execution activities
- Support special projects and change management initiatives related to benefits strategy and operations
- 3+ years of progressive benefits experience, ideally supporting large employee populations; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Solid understanding of health & welfare programs, retirement plans, and compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
- Proven ability to leverage data and technology to inform benefit decisions
- Experience in driving for continuous process improvement
