Join PwC’s Deals Strategy team to provide strategic advice and support to clients on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, develop strategic frameworks, and help clients maximize value in their deals.

• Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to inform decision‑making.
• Develop market‑size models, conduct customer and competitor interviews, and design surveys.
• Navigate and adapt to complex business environments.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Deals Strategy team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer & Information Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret data, build financial models, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Master’s degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
• Understanding of private equity and corporate transactions.
• Experience analyzing company financials.
• Skill in building collaborative relationships with team members.
• Ability to collect and utilize business trend information.
• Planning and delivering work against tight deadlines.
• Assisting with new business development activities.

Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and location). All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
