Robert Walters are a leading specialist talent solutions consultancy with offices in over 34 countries globally. We are actively hiring for experienced sales and business development professionals to join the Go To Market and Sales team!

• This is a full 360 recruitment role, which includes headhunting and sourcing excellent candidates in the market. You ll be using your business development skillset and building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Actively source and grow your candidate relationships, build and maintain your candidate pipeline.
• Meet your candidates and clients face to face and focus on quality relationships.
• You will be working with exclusive clients across the New York market and network with top business leaders.

• Highly driven, self-motivated, and high performing individuals who want to join our Robert Walters New York team at this exciting stage of growth.
• Background in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be used to working towards targets, KPIs and pro-actively sourcing new business opportunities.
• Experience in pro-active business outreach, building networks and winning new business.
• People driven, collaborative, and a team player.
