• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, contacts, appointments, and networking. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct regular site visits with potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive new private dining business growth with an emphasis on new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with marketing and promotional efforts to raise awareness and generate interest in the private dining offerings.
• Plan, organize and assist with execution of events including communication with clients, handling contracts, creating Banquet Event Orders, communicating with internal departments and assisting with on-site events.
• Work cohesively with restaurant departments to ensure successful completion of events and sales strategies.
• Correspond with guests and clients and initiate ongoing written correspondence with regulars and new guests to acknowledge appreciation of business and special events.
• Assist Events team with assuring that guest service meets or exceeds our standards during all events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date correspondence of private dining bookings, contracts, and client information.

• 5-8 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience (hospitality preferred).
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Experience in event planning.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
