Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new ad partnerships with brands, agencies, and platforms
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive, creative and personalized outreach
  • Navigate companies to identify key stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with decision‑makers.
  • Keep customer data, forecasts, and pipeline insights up to date in Hub Spot for accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record in developing new business and adding net new logos.
  • Ability to build relationships with executive teams.
  • A strategic, relationship‑driven mindset with strong sales acumen and a passion for building impactful partnerships.
  • Passion for working in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Total Comp
  • Base: $,000 USD, $180,000-$250,000 OTE
  • Additional Compensation:
    Commission

  • We will provide you with a company laptop on your start date
Interview Process
