Provide strategic input across GTM, hiring, fundraising, or product.
Act as a long-term partner, not transactional capital.
Platform DevelopmentHelp refine Initio’s investment theses.
Contribute to ecosystem growth and quality.
Mentor scouts, founders, or studio teams where relevant.
Ideal ProfileFormer founder, senior operator, or experienced investor.
Strong pattern recognition and judgment.
Values ownership, leverage, and long-term equity creation.
