We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to join our Private Equity Value Creation team in our CxO Advisory practice.
Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Cohn Reznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a Cohn Reznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

Our client focus is mid-market, and you will be exposed to a variety of industries including tech, consumer, manufacturing & distribution, real estate, hospitality, private equity, and renewable energy to name a few.

YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contribute in growing the practice and developing our playbooks, frameworks, and templates for scalable delivery
- Help refine the operating system and assessment tools used across clients
- Lead work streams across Rapid Assessments, 100-Day Plan Support and transformation projects
- Conduct interviews, analyze processes, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
- Build and deliver client-ready materials including scorecards, roadmaps, and reporting packages
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple engagements
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Track progress and escalated risks or blockers proactively
- Assess finance org maturity, reporting cadence, technology landscape, and process effectiveness
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and revenue cycle
- Partner with FDD, transaction, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Support cross-selling efforts by identifying client needs and introducing relevant services and subject matter experts
- Build trusted relationships with PE sponsors and portfolio company leadership
- Serve as a day-to-day contact and thought partner during engagements
- Mentor junior team members and support onboarding
- Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and results
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
