Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the End User Training team to ensure all the appropriate content from the Change Impact Analysis is incorporated into the end-user training materials
- Understand the communication plans for the HXM and Finance work streams and work with the OCM Communication team member from each workstream to ensure timely / effective communications are taking place
- Work with the OCM Change Network team member to ensure the Change Ambassadors and Super User team are receiving the information and answers to effectively fulfill their roles
- Build trustworthy relationships with other project team members and Client departments / divisions
